Benjamin Plaut won trials before juries, judges, and in administrative forums.  He represented major corporations, small businesses, and individuals in commercial litigation and negotiations.

Since 2017, he has focused on transactional and business matters.

Mr. Plaut began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Harris County, Texas.

During a five-year television news career, Mr. Plaut covered trials for network affiliates in Texas and served as the main anchor for the CBS affiliate in Montgomery, Alabama. 

He is a member of SAG/AFTRA and appeared in sketches on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and the Jay Leno Show.

Mr. Plaut enjoys tournament poker and golf.  He played golf and football at Brown. He ran five consecutive Los Angeles Marathons from 2010 through 2014, including a top 15% finish in 2014.

Benjamin Plaut is the author of 18 Holes with Belichick and Brady.
